A retainer fee is collected at time of booking to reserve an appointment time. Retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE but, transferable if 24 hours notice is given. Appointments may be rescheduled ONE time if, appointment time and date are available on the date requested.
All cancellations made within 3 business days of BOOKING your appointment will be granted 100%. If for any reason I have to cancel services, any payments made will be refunded 100%.
A late fee of $25 may be applied for every 30 minutes of delay to single or group appointments. On many occasions, appointments are booked back to back, excessive lateness may cause your appointment to be cancelled at my discretion or bumped to a later time if my schedule allows it.
The client booking the service will need to sign the group contract. Contract will state the event, location, date, start time, time of event, and number
of people requesting services. Retainer fee must be collected at the time of signing to secure makeup services. Retainer fees are NON-REFUNDABLE nor transferable for bridal parties or groups. If in any case the number of services needs to be modified after contract is signed it is the client's responsibility to fill those vacant spots as an aggreement to the contract. All payments must be paid in full two weeks before the event date. Early start times scheduled before 8am will be subject to a small fee of $20. Clients take full responsibility for lateness and other factors that might effect time of productivity.
Summer understands that there may be a last minute client that wants to be made up. Those people can be accommodated depending on the amount of time left available from the clients who booked in advance and the kind of services needed. Please keep in mind that partial services are not offered other than lash application.
Large parties that require an additional artist will be subject to a charge of $85 an artist.
Travel fees are per location, per artist. Parking fees will apply if applicable.
All makeup products are sanitized after each use and kept sanitary. Products used are all professional grade and hypoallergenic. Allergies need to be reported prior to application.
